As managing agent, Comsource Management will serve the Board of Directors and Owners as Agent, Consultant and overall Administrator of the Association.

✓ Contract scope creation, negotiation, award, and supervision of only contractors who are insured licensed and bonded; engineering services available on a retainer basis

✓ Provide financial reports to the board by the 15th of each month for the previous month’s activities

✓ Enforce the rules and regulations of the association
